TRANSPORT: How do I move around Madrid?
Metro: Esperanza (Line 4). Exit Hotel, turn left. Turn left at into Calle de la Plaza. Walk until the end of the street, turn right. When you get to Andorra street, turn left and the Metro station is a few metres down. If you prefer to go to Metro Arturo Soria (which is on the same Metro Line) just exit hotel, turn left and walk all the way down Moscatelar. You will find the Arturo Soria station after about 10 minutes walk. The price per trip is €1, but you can get 10 tickets for just €7 or a Tourist Ticket for €5 per day. The Metrobus ticket is valid for both Metro and Madrid Buses.

Bus: Buses 120 and 122 stop just in front of our Hotel. Exit Hotel and turn right. The price per trip is €1, but you can get 10 tickets for just €7 or a Tourist Ticket for €5 per day. The Metrobus ticket is valid for both Metro and Madrid Buses.

Taxi: We can call taxis to the hotel, or you can find one at the taxi stop 100 metres away on Moscatelar avenue. Exit Hotel, turn right. Please allow for 15-20 minutes delay during traffic rush hours (8am-10am / 5pm-8pm). In non-rush hour times, a taxi will normally arrive in 10 minutes.

The Metro is the easiest and quickest. Take Line 4 (brown) at Esperanza (direction Arguelles). Travel 8 stops until you reach Goya. Change to Line 2 (red) (direction Cuatro Caminos). Travel 5 stops to Sol.
FOOTBALL: How do I get to the Real Madrid Santiago Bernabéu Stadium?
Bus 120 goes directly there. Exit Hotel, turn right, cross Moscatelar street. The bus stop is in front of the Hotel A&H Suite Madrid and Restaurant Crono. Take Bus 120 in direction “Plaza de Lima”. Its 11 quick stops in total. In non-rush hours it should take less than 15 minutes to get to the Stadium. If there is a football match or rush hour allow yourself more flexibility, or take the Metro (Santiago Bernabeu station).
ART: How do I get to the Prado Art Museum?

TOURIST BUS: Where can I take the Madrid Tourist Bus Madridvision?
There are 2 different bus tours (Historical Madrid and Modern Madrid). You can start both Tours from Plaza de Colón. The Metro is direct. Take Line 4 (brown) at Esperanza (direction Arguelles). Travel 11 stops until you reach Colon. Look for the Madridvision signs.
AIRPORT: How do I get to the airport?
Metro: Take Line 4 (brown) at Esperanza (direction Pinar de Charmartin). Travel 2 stops until you reach Mar de Cristal. Change to Line 8 (pink) (direction Aeropuerto). Travel 2 stops for Terminals T-1, T-2 and T3. Continue 2 more stops for Terminal 4.
Taxi: A taxi to Barajas Airport will cost something between 25-30 Euros depending on time of day. Allow at least 20-30 minutes during rush hour to get to airport (8am-10am / 5pm-8pm). In other times it should be less than 15 minutes in total.
IFEMA TRADE FAIR: How do I get to the Ifema Fair?
Metro: Take Line 4 (brown) at Esperanza (direction Pinar de Charmartin). Travel 2 stops until you reach Mar de Cristal. Change to Line 8 (pink) (direction Aeropuerto). Travel 1 stops to Campo de las Naciones.
Taxi: A taxi to the IFEMA will cost something between 10-15 Euros depending on time of day. Allow at least 10-20 minutes during rush hour to get to IFEMA (8am-10am / 5pm-8pm). In other times it should be less than 10 minutes in total.
Bus: Take the 122 Bus (direction Campo de las Naciones). Its 18 stops to the IFEMA Trade Fair. Allow at least 10-20 minutes during rush hour to get to IFEMA (8am-10am / 5pm-8pm). In other times it should be less than 10 minutes in total.

SHOPPING: Where can I buy some presents or do some shopping?
There are two comercial centres (malls) in the neighbourhood, Centro Comercial Palacio de Hielo and Arturo Soria Plaza. The closest one is the Palacio de Hielo which is 10 minuts walking distance from the hotel. The bus stop just in front of the hotel will also take you there if you plan to carry a lot of bags.
BANKS / ATM: Where can I take cash out or do banking operations?
There is a BBV ATM a few metres up the road. There are 2 additional ATM´s at the Centro Comercial Palacio de Hielo.
DRY CLEANING: Where can I take my clothes for dry cleaning?
The neighbourhood has many dry cleaners. Two of them are "5 a sec" at Avenida Gran Via de Hortaleza (in the shopping mall) or "Press To" at Calle Silvano 77.
HAIDRESSER / BEAUTY SALON: I need a haircut and a treat!?
There is a hairdresser opposite the Hotel A&H El Parque called “Rembrandt”. Ask our receptionist how to walk there.
RENT-A-CAR: Where can I rent a car?
Pepecar , C/Arturo Soria 154, just opposite the Jefatura Provincial Trafico. www.pepecar.com. Only 5 minutes walk away.
